After releasing a stunning three-track EP by Maxwell Church, Lab.our Music is priming itself for Lab.our 08 with material from Canadian producer Aberdeen.

The Toronto-based label was created by Stuart Li aka Basic Soul Unit and Jason Ulrich back in 2013. Since its debut with Basic Soul Unit’s Lab.our 01, the young imprint has featured artists such as Maxwell Church, Hermans (duo consisting of Maxwell and Jerry Riggs), J-UL,   Xavier Gonzales, and Sean Hernandez aka Chicago Skyway.

You can single out each track on the release and feel as if you have jumped onto another Lab.our Music record without leaving its sonic environment. The EP consists of four tracks that each turn techno as we know it on its head for a wall-to-wall, entrancing experience. Sinkhole is definitely the stand-out track that bombards you with heavy drone sways and relentless bass.
